Hello, Gang!

Today I sold my Kawasaki Vulcan, and took my first ride on my Savage! (after transferring the insurance)
I named her "Betty Boop", because of her thumping boop-boop-boop feel) My wife and I name all our vehicles: Her Honda Civic is "Boomerang", my Plymouth Voyager is "Eggplant", and now Betty Boop! This bike is sure a different experience from the Vulcan Twin...I can actually feel her individual power strokes! And those strokes are strong! And the 170 pound lighter weight makes a great difference, too! Now, if only someone can tell me how to remove the pad from the Sissy Bar! The Clymer manual shows a screw holding it on, but I can't see any kind of fastener!

Life is Good...
